Welcome to Pecan Valley STEM Academy! I'm Krystle Halbardier, and I am honored to serve as the Principal of this vibrant school. Over the past fourteen years, I have had the privilege of growing and learning within the East Central community as a teacher, Academic Facilitator, and Assistant Principal. As a proud former Hornet, I am deeply committed to supporting our EC community in every way possible.
At Pecan Valley, our school mascot is the Lion, and our colors are red and white. Our dedicated, child-centered faculty embraces the motto, "Committed to Excellence." Our school environment is a lively community made up of delightful, energetic children, engaged and caring parents, and committed professional teachers and staff. We work hard to foster a family atmosphere and are proud to be part of the East Central Independent School District.
